Drawn Dances  was created in two parts. Firstly, four separate dance pieces were choreographed and staged, each created in a response to different imposed limitations, such as restricted space or structural prescriptions. Secondly, the recorded pieces were processed so as to turn them into cartoon images, extrapolating the form of the dancers and of the dances more generally, a way of understanding more clearly certain choreographic aspects while simultaneously creating unusual, playful video.

Danses dessinées

Danses dessinées a été créé en deux parties. Premièrement, quatre pièces de danse individuelles ont été chorégraphiés et mis en scène, chacune créée en réponse à différentes limites, telles qu’une restriction de l’espace ou des impositions structurelles. Deuxièmement, les pièces enregistrées ont étés traitées de façon à les transformer en images de dessin animés, extrapolant les formes des danseurs et des danses en général, manière de comprendre plus clairement certains aspects chorégraphiques, tout en créant une vidéo enjouée et inattendue.
